At Guiding Voices Advocacy, our mission is to empower families by providing compassionate, knowledgeable, and personalized support through the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process. We are dedicated to ensuring every child with special needs receives the educational opportunities and resources they deserve.
Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, we work alongside families to navigate the complexities of special education, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where every voice is heard and every child's unique potential is realized. Together, we champion the rights of children and their families to thrive in school and beyond.
For over 20 years, I’ve been walking alongside families—first as a behavioral therapist, and now as a passionate advocate. But my deepest experience didn’t come from training or work—it came from the fight I had to ensure my daughter received the IEP supports she deserved.
I know what it feels like to sit at a table full of professionals and still feel unheard. I’ve faced the frustration, the delays, and the endless battles just to get basic services in place. That personal fight shaped who I am as an advocate today.
At Guiding Voices Advocacy, I bring not only deep knowledge of the system but also unwavering empathy and determination. I approach every case with the heart of a parent and the mind of a professional—because I’ve been where you are, and I’m here to help you move forward with strength, clarity, and support.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s fight for your child together.
"I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Autumn for her unrelenting passion and commitment to supporting families in their quest to access vital services. Autumn's unwavering advocacy and expertise enabled my family to secure the necessary support for my child to succeed. Her remarkable patience, in-depth understanding of the law and school regulations has been a shining example of dedication. As I reflect on the past five years, I am thrilled to see my daughter graduate from high school and begin her college journey, well-prepared thanks to Autumn's invaluable guidance and Gods divine intervention."

"I honestly don't know what I would have done without your help, guidance, and positive energy. My child would not have received nearly as much educational support if it wasn't for you to help me advocate and have you there to advocate. Thank you so much!"

Hi, I'm Autumn, and I'm the proud mom of an amazing child who needs a little extra support to thrive. Before becoming a parent, I worked as a behavioral therapist, supporting children with diverse needs and helping families navigate challenging behaviors with compassion and evidence-based strategies.
My journey into special education advocacy began when I found myself on the other side of the table—as a mom fighting for my daughter’s rights. I quickly learned how overwhelming IEP meetings, legal jargon, and endless paperwork can be. But I also discovered a deep passion for helping other families through this process.
I know firsthand how intimidating and isolating it can feel, but I also know the power of advocacy and the joy of watching your child flourish when their unique needs are truly understood and met. Over the years, I’ve honed my advocacy skills, built strong relationships within the special education community, and supported countless families on their own journeys.
At Guiding Voices Advocacy, my mission is to ensure you never have to walk this path alone. Together, we can turn challenges into victories and secure the resources and opportunities your child deserves to thrive.
